Συνταγές Espresso
ESPRESSO

ESPRESSO: 1 dose (7g coffee) for 30ml or 2 doses (14g coffee) for 60ml (double). Brewing time 27- 30”.

ESPRESSO LUNGO: 1 dose (7g coffee) for 40ml. Brewing time 35-38”.

ESPRESSO STRETTO: 1 dose (7g coffee) for 25ml. Brewing time 20-25”.

ESPRESSO MACHIATTO: 1 dose (7g coffee) for 30ml. Brewing time 27-30”. Add 1 teaspoon of frothed milk.

LATTE: 1 dose (7g coffee) for 30ml. Brewing time 27-30”. Add warm milk to the top.

LATTE MACHIATTO: 1 dose (7g coffee) for 30ml. Brewing time 27-30”. Add warm milk to the top and a spoonful of frothed milk.

ESPRESSO FREDDO: 2 doses (14g coffee) for 60ml. Brewing time 27-30”. Beat the sugar with the espresso in a mixer for 2 seconds, to melt. Then pour in a shaker, with 4 ice cubes and beat for 4-5”. Fill a glass with ice up to the middle and serve without the foam collector.

Συνταγές Cappuccino
CAPPUCCINO

CAPPUCCINO: 1 dose (7g coffee) for 30ml. Brewing time 27-30”. Add 1/3 milk + 1/3 frothed milk to fill up to about 1 cm below the rim of the glass.

CAPPUCCINO FREDDO: 2 doses (14g coffee) for 60ml. Brewing time 27-30”. Add 1/3 milk + 1/3 frothed milk. Beat the sugar with the espresso in a mixer for 2 seconds, to melt. Beat the frothed milk and an ice cube in the shaker for 1-2 minutes and stir before serving the coffee in the glass. Fill a glass with ice up to the middle, serve and add cold frothed milk on top.

ΣΟΚΟΛΑΤΑ

HOT CHOCOLATE: 120ml fresh milk, 2 scoops of chocolate (40g). Heat the milk, add the chocolate and mix well.

COLD CHOCOLATE: 150ml cold fresh milk, 2 scoops of chocolate (40g). Add them to the mixer, add 7-8 ice cubes and serve in a transparent glass.

INSTANT

INSTANT COFFEE HOT: Add 2 teaspoons of instant coffee in a cup of hot water and mix well.

INSTANT COFFEE COLD: Add 3 teaspoons of instant coffee in a glass and beat with a little water and sugar. Fill a glass with and ice cubes and add some cold water.

BLACK: 2.5g in hot (90oC) water, for 3 minutes

WHITE: 2.5g in hot (70oC) water, for 8 minutes

GREEN: 2.5g in hot (70oC) water, for 3 minutes

ROOIBOS: 5g hot (70oC) water, for 8 minutes

FRUIT BEVERAGES: 5g hot (70oC) water, for 8 minutes

FILTER COFFEE USING A FRENCH PRESS: 1 dose (8-10g coffee) for 200ml.

GREEK COFFEE

Add water to the special kettle (“briki”), using the cup as a dosing glass. Add 1.5 teaspoon of sugar and mix well. When the mixture starts boiling over, serve in the cup.
