ESPRESSO MACHIATTO: 1 dose (7g coffee) for 30ml. Brewing time 27-30”. Add 1 teaspoon of frothed milk.
LATTE: 1 dose (7g coffee) for 30ml. Brewing time 27-30”. Add warm milk to the top.

ESPRESSO FREDDO: 2 doses (14g coffee) for 60ml. Brewing time 27-30”. Beat the sugar with the espresso in a mixer for 2 seconds, to melt. Then pour in a shaker, with 4 ice cubes and beat for 4-5”. Fill a glass with ice up to the middle and serve without the foam collector.
